WEDO GLOBAL is honored to collaborate with The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong to offer a cultural sensitivity training workshop for staff across various departments who regularly interact with students and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our aim is to work together in fostering a university culture that values every voice and perspective.
Our Cultural Ambassadors led an interactive training workshop designed to enhance participants' cultural awareness and knowledge while developing effective cross-cultural communication strategies. Through engaging activities and real-life case studies, participants gained deeper insights into the lived experiences, challenges, and perspectives of students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

During the training, participants had the opportunity to discuss practical dos and don’ts for creating inclusive workplaces and learning environments, identifying behaviors that support diversity and inclusion. They collaborated to brainstorm ways to bridge gaps between students from different backgrounds and shared valuable insights under the guidance of our Cultural Ambassadors, nurturing a spirit of collaboration and respect.
By equipping participants with effective communication strategies and enhancing their cultural sensitivity, the training established a solid foundation for fostering a more supportive and harmonious campus community.
