We are thankful for the opportunity to be interviewed by ViuTV and Now TV on “Now Report.” During the interview, our Founder, Bosco Ng, not only shared our vision to foster a more inclusive society for ethnically diverse residents and tourists but also outlined our commitment for enhancing cultural awareness and sensitivity through providing tailored professional training workshops for practitioners across various industries in Hong Kong.
Cultivating cultural sensitivity is essential as it establishes a foundation for developing skills and knowledge that can significantly advance our society, particularly in talent development, education, finance, hospitality and tourism, etc. By equipping staff with the cultural knowledge and skills necessary to understand and respect individuals from diverse backgrounds, we can facilitate more effective communication and meaningful exchanges.
Our training incorporates cross-cultural interactive activities and case studies designed to deepen participants' understanding of diverse cultures while addressing stereotypes and unconscious biases. By fostering an appreciation for different cultural backgrounds, we aim to create an inclusive society where individuals, whether citizens or tourists, feel welcome and their heritage is valued and appreciated.
